Hey babe! 

How are you doing little one?

I’ve been thinking of you lots lately, I always do but even more so just now.

I wonder what you’re up to up there? 

I hope you got spoilt with lots of birthday presents and a cheese cake as yummy as Nanas was on your first birthday. I wonder if you managed to blow your candles out with one big puff?

I hope you have a big boy bed now maybe with cool bedding with pictures of super hero’s or animals on it, which do you like best sweetie?

I hope you get read stories each night and get made bagels every morning, is peanut butter still your favorite?

I can’t believe it’s been almost two years since we seen each other, I wonder what you look like now? Do you have long hair and a big toothy smile? 

It’s funny cause I always imagine you exactly the same as you were, a perfect, often yogart stained, little one year old whose eyes sparkled with wonder. 

When we meet again I might look a bit different, I might have grey hair and a face that shows lines of many laughs and many many tears. 

But you’ll be able to spot me, cause when I see you, my darling boy…I’ll be the one who’s the happiest person in the sky.

I’d so love if you could answer all these questions, but really there’s only one that matters. Are you ok Albie? Are you doing ok? That’s all I wish for now.

Anyway I better let you go, I’m sure you’ve lots of flying about with your angel friends to do. But if you get a chance, please please come visit me in my dreams tonight.
